Important Notice

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and tbaej ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tbaej website located at tbaej.org, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support features made available through the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Participation in any tbaej service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. tbaej strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will. tbaej does not target or solicit individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
3. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or any regulatory exclusion from online gaming platforms.
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of using the Platform. Account sharing, proxy registration and third-party account use are all prohibited.
5. You have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full, together with tbaej's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and tbaej.

tbaej reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any time. Where a Player is found to be ineligible, tbaej may immediately suspend the account, void any pending bets, and return deposited funds minus any bonuses claimed during the ineligible period.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and promotions on tbaej, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. Each Player may open only one account. If a Player is found to have registered multiple accounts, tbaej will close all accounts other than the first registered account, void all bonuses applied to duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
2. The mobile phone number and personal details you provide at registration must be your own. Registration with another person's contact details is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify tbaej support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tbaej shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions.
4. tbaej may require KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document, proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number), and proof of address. Failure to provide KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
5. tbaej reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in accordance with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tbaej are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. tbaej supports the following payment methods for Players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by tbaej, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transfer limits. tbaej does not charge any processing fee on deposits.
2. Deposits are credited to your tbaej account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, the deposit will be credited once the payment confirmation is received by tbaej systems.
3. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be refunded. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.
4. tbaej reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks for large or unusual deposit activity. Players may be required to provide documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into their tbaej account.

Withdrawals

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a different method is approved by tbaej support following a written request.
2. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted during tbaej's standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where KYC verification is outstanding.
3. Withdrawal requests for accounts that have an active or incomplete KYC review will be placed on hold until the review is complete. tbaej will notify you by the contact details on your account when additional documentation is required.
4. tbaej does not charge any processing fee for standard withdrawals. Any charges levied by the receiving payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad transaction fees) are outside tbaej's control and are the Player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tbaej offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all tbaej bonuses unless the individual promotion's terms specify otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
2. Bonuses are awarded to the Account for which they were claimed and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash prior to the wagering requirement being satisfied.
3. tbaej reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any qualifying wagering already completed by the Player will be honoured.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. tbaej uses technical verification to detect and prevent multiple claims of first-deposit bonuses from the same source.
5. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion between Players will be voided in full. The associated accounts will be suspended and any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation.
6. tbaej reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings that may be converted from bonus funds into withdrawable real-money balance. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Players who are subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to claim any bonus or participate in any promotion during that period. Any bonus claimed in violation of this clause will be voided.

6. Gameplay Rules

tbaej offers multiple game categories including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing arcade and mine games. The following general rules apply across all game types on the Platform:

1. All game outcomes on tbaej are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcomes (for live casino tables). tbaej does not manipulate game results and the RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the third-party game provider.
2. Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or altered by the Player after the game round has commenced. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, tbaej's decision on the outcome of the round is final.
3. Cricket betting markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the relevant game page. In-play bets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Abandoned or voided matches are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
4. Maximum win limits per game round or per bet may apply. Where a game's maximum win limit is reached, the excess amount above the cap will not be paid out. Applicable win limits are displayed within each game interface or game-specific terms.
5. Winnings derived from gameplay are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement. Settled winnings from real-money bets (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering) are available for immediate withdrawal subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 4.

7. Responsible Gaming

tbaej is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms:

1. All registered Players have free access to deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders and cooling-off periods. These tools can be activated via your account settings or by contacting support.
2. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is activated it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer during the exclusion period.
3. tbaej will take all reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded Player from registering a new account. Any account opened by a self-excluded Player in violation of their exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned to the Player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the tbaej Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account limits.
2. Using any software, bot, script, automation tool, exploit or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or the Platform's systems.
3. Colluding with other Players to fix the outcome of any game or sports event, or sharing strategy information in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or insider betting.
4. Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment credentials to deposit funds into any tbaej account. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial authorities and may result in criminal referral.
5. Attempting to launder money through the Platform, including making deposits with no genuine intention to play, making systematic minimal-play withdrawals, or using the Platform as a conduit for fund transfers between payment accounts.
6. Harassing, threatening or abusing other Players or tbaej staff through any communication channel. tbaej maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive conduct and will permanently ban any Player found to have engaged in such behaviour.

tbaej employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where suspicious activity is detected, tbaej may freeze account funds, request additional documentation and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tbaej reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at any time. The following circumstances may give rise to account action:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct set out in Section 8, eligibility violations under Section 2, or failure to complete KYC under Section 3.
2. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by tbaej. Where an account is suspended pending KYC, the Player's real-money balance will be held securely and released upon successful verification.
3. At the Player's own request. A Player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
4. Where closure is initiated by tbaej due to a breach of these Terms, any pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player net of any amounts recoverable by tbaej (e.g. disputed chargebacks, fraud-related losses), following completion of any required investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces and other materials displayed on or forming part of the tbaej Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of tbaej or its licensors. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of tbaej.

The tbaej brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary. Any unauthorised use of the tbaej name or logo in connection with any business, product or service constitutes trade mark infringement and may be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbaej's liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform is limited as follows:

1. tbaej is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime or internet connectivity issues beyond tbaej's reasonable control.
2. Where tbaej is found liable for direct losses caused to a Player, that liability is capped at the total value of the Player's real-money deposits made in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during the same period.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tbaej's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

tbaej collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tbaej uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Amendments to These Terms

tbaej reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tbaej will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at tbaej.org/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Where a Player does not accept a material amendment to the Terms, they should cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 9.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tbaej holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through tbaej's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Players may also have recourse to the dispute resolution mechanism of the relevant gaming regulator. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
